Marco Ramoni was awarded a Cutting-Edge Basic Research Award (CEBRA) from the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to develop genetic predictive models of nicotine dependence. CEBRA awards are designed to foster highly innovative or conceptually creative research that advances our understanding of drug abuse and addiction and how to prevent and treat them.
