Work is in progress:

- To investigate on a larger scale to ascertian actual extent of tissue representation in biofluids, more relative entropy simulations and simulations with lower p-value cut-off.

- Study of to compare diseased tissue proteome against diseased biofluid proteome and to develop a clearer relationship between tissue and biofluids.
