OBOES
(Open Biomedical Ontology-Based Enrichment and Search) is an
information theoretic platform that embeds new integrative
methods allowing the evaluation of new hypotheses. OBOES is
fully compatible with the Open Biomedical Ontology standard
and also features statistical tests for discovery of
significantly enriched genes. The information theoretic
approaches encapsulated in OBOES have already been applied
in the investigation of new types of questions.
