Bioinformatics Analysis Pipeline (BAP)

Welcome to the home of the Bioinformatics Analysis Pipeline (BAP). Here, you can read more about the BAP design as well as request a BAP production copy as designed for implementation at the Harvard Medical School's Partners Healthcare Center for Genetics and Genomics (HPCGG).

BAP runs on any system supported by the Matlab Compiler (currently Windows and Linux- with Mac potentially soon).
